What we offer: digital photography workflow training

We base our workflow on Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 4, helping photographers work confidently and improve output quality and speed. As well as getting you working faster and producing better output, we help you set things up so that you quickly find the images or shoots you’re looking for. You’ll find it easier to retrieve your work, you’ll be producing better prints and better output for the web. Your whole workflow will be faster. You’ll also know that you’re not missing some easy tricks or working harder than you should be.

One-to-one training and support

The subjects we cover in the workflow training are chosen for you after we’ve talked through what you need. It’s a one-to-one service that addresses the areas you’re most interested in. As well as training, we offer support. When you’re stuck with the post-procesing workflow, we’re able to help. We offer ad-hoc support and support packages and we’re always happy to discuss ideas about how we could be of use to you on your projects—feel free to call.

No salespeople—just us

Call us on 0333 577 5703 (landline) to talk about a one-to-one Lightroom course at your studio, home or office or to discuss ad-hoc support. We’re always interested in hearing more about what you need from us because it helps us improve our services. (Calls to our 0333 landline number are charged at local call rates and are also included in most mobile phone and land line inclusive minutes packages.)

Group training sessions

If you’re interested in attending a group training course, please let us know by phone or e-mail what you’re looking for and what part of the country you live in. Call 020 3092 2907 or mail develop@shootraw.co.uk. In London, our last group training session was in late May, 2012 at Four Corners. We don’t yet have a date for the next one but the more interest there is, the more quickly we’ll arrange something.

Shoot Raw is a trading name of Paraling Limited. We’re a family business and have been trading since March 2007, making technology easier for creative people—something we’ve both been doing for decades in various ways. Our company number and VAT number appear at the bottom of each page on the site.

We’re known for being approachable and communicative rather than cutting edge technologists.

We maintain this site working from home and we provide our one-to-one Lightroom courses in London and the UK at clients’ premises or in training rooms near you.
