Digital photography workflow training

This is our core offering. We base our workflow training on Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 2—using all the features of the software to get the best output and the best speed. (We also cover forthcoming features in the Lightroom 3 beta.) Our Lightroom courses get you working faster, producing higher quality output and building your catalogue correctly so that when you need to, you will easily find the image you’re looking for. You’ll find it easier to retrieve your work, you’ll be producing better prints and better output for the web and your whole workflow will be faster. (If you’re so minded, we can also show you when and how to smoothly employ other specialist raw converters within this workflow.)

In the past, we’ve mostly provided workflow help for photographers who use Macs (because that’s what we’ve used and gained expertise in for many years) but now we’re beginning to train photographers who use Windows as well. Most of the tips in our blog apply equally well to users of both platforms.

One-to-one training and support

The workflow training above is built for you after we’ve talked through what you need. It’s a one-to-one service that targets the areas you’re most interested in. As well as training, we offer support. When you’re stuck with the post-procesing workflow, we’re able to help. We can view your computer screen remotely (Mac or Windows) using free, secure software and provide advice to help you with a software problem. We also offer ad-hoc support and support packages and we’re always happy to discuss ideas about how we could be of use to you on your projects—feel free to call.

No salespeople—just us

Call us on 020 3092 2907 (London landline) to talk about one-to-one a Lightroom course at your studio, home or office or to discuss ad-hoc support. If we’re not training, you’ll speak with us directly and we’re not salespeople. We’re always interested in hearing more about what you need from us because it helps us improve our services.
